Dr. Paul Baron
Breast Surgeon
Dr. Paul Baron is the chief of breast surgery and director of the breast cancer program at Lenox Hill Hospital. He specializes in the care of patient who are at high risk for developing breast cancer.
Dr. Baron is an accomplished surgical oncologist having published more than 120 articles and abstracts on various cancer-related topics and has been invited to speak at more than 60 national conferences.
He is affiliated with numerous professional societies, including The American College of Surgeons, The Society of Surgical Oncology and The American Society of Breast Surgeons, where he serves on the board of directors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers.

Dr. Baron earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Boston University. He completed his residency in general surgery at the Medical College of Virginia, and subsequently pursued a surgical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
